Jason House: Owner
With over 21 years of experience at AVSRC, Jason’s journey started in high school through a school-to-career program that opened the door to a lifelong passion for audio, video and security work. He loves helping customers feel confident with new technology and especially enjoys working with Sonos because of the universal joy music brings.
As a lifelong Fremont resident, Jason is deeply rooted in the local community and believes small businesses are the backbone of giving and support.
Outside of work, he enjoys family time, hockey games, mini golf and even has a creative side with some of his graphic design work having been published in USA Today.
Meghan house: Owner & Office management
With one year at AVSRC after her husband Jason House took over ownership, Meghan brings a warm, people-centered approach shaped by her 16 years as a nurse. She loves connecting with clients and hearing how much they appreciate the installers’ hard work and helpfulness.
Coming from a corporate background, she values the close-knit, family-oriented culture of the business and the way the team supports one another. Meghan enjoys exploring technology that enhances customers’ lives, especially Sonos, WiFi, cameras and security solutions.
Outside of work, she loves movies, sports events, traveling and spending time with family.
Josh BURGGRAFF: Senior technician & foreman
Josh joined the AVSRC team in 2019, sparked by an early interest in audio and video systems. He takes pride in creating TV and audio setups that not only look great but truly impress customers and their friends, especially fun projects like sports walls built for big gatherings.
Josh believes in prioritizing growth over greed and values the accountability that comes with being part of a close community.
Outside of work, he enjoys camping, ATV river riding, paintball, drone flying, video editing and building his dreams in his garage — one project at a time. And while customers may not realize it, he’s often working around the clock.
Logan Anderson: technician
Logan joined the AVSRC team in 2025 and was drawn to the industry by his interest in technology. He enjoys meeting customers and helping them find the right audio, video or security solutions for their homes or businesses.
Being part of a family- and veteran-owned company means a lot to him, especially the generosity and supportive nature of the team. As a local, Logan is motivated by the desire to make the community a better place through his work.
Outside of work, he enjoys working on his truck.
Nathan Manhart: technician
After spending a year in commercial voltage, Nathan joined AVSRC to experience a more community-focused environment and a fresh pace. He values the learning that comes from each customer interaction and appreciates the friendly, supportive culture of the team.
Known for being detail-driven, he prefers high-quality tools, especially Milwaukee.
When he’s not working, you can find Nathan fishing, going to the gun range and studying toward his finance degree at Metropolitan Community College.
